The following terminology applies to the information laid out below and any or all other subsequent agreements: “The Product”, and “the Service”, refers to both the website and the TradeQQ terminal, or either the website or the TradeQQ terminal. “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you the person using the Service. And “The Company”, and “We” refers to our Company TradeQQ.
TradeQQ also retains the right to discontinue the Service at any time, without prior notice. And may restrict any Client the use of the Service for any reason without notice.
I. TradeQQ web servers will automatically collect non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, IP address, browser type, web request, URLs to analyze trends, administration of the site, statistically track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
II. Personally identifiable information including but not limited to name, email address will be stored on registration of an account with the Product and which is required to access certain aspects of the Product and to provide you with the most relevant services and offers. At any time you may remove your email from the mailing list by request from firstname.lastname@example.org. Furthermore all users take it upon themselves to provide true and accurate information when requested and to keep it up to date.
III. TradeQQ may share non-personally identifiable information with third parties for analytical purposes in order to maintain or improve our services and operations.
IV. We may share all information with a third party however if we have good reason to believe that it is necessary to, including but not limited to, comply with the law, combat fraud, protect the rights of the Company against harm.
